Luke Gibbs is an independent public affairs consultant based in London with experience lobbying and campaigning in Westminster, Brussels and Washington, DC.
He has previously worked for four well known public affairs and communications agencies – LLM, Financial Dynamics, Shandwick Public Affairs, and The Communication Group.
Luke has advised and assisted a range of companies and organisations in developing lobbying and campaigning strategies; securing issue-based media coverage; managing and enhancing reputation; and overseeing thought leadership projects.
This work has played a part in influencing the outcome of various policy and regulatory decisions, political debate and public sector procurements in the UK, EU and US.
Companies Luke has previously advised include KPMG, Merrill Lynch, Unisys, Adobe, Virgin Media (as ntl) and LogicaCMG.
Luke’s consulting work builds on his time working in and across government - for a number of years he worked with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as a Trade Policy Officer at the British Embassy in Washington, DC. He holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
